At Mono E-Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to delivering a reliable, high-performance riding experience. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty and dedicated repair support with every purchase.

Installation & Maintenance Responsibilities

By purchasing this product, you confirm that you accept responsibility for the correct installation and continued maintenance of all components. Proper installation and regular inspections are essential to ensure safety, optimal performance, and to keep your warranty valid.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 1. Ensuring all electrical and mechanical components are properly and securely installed 

 2. Installing all wiring with sufficient slack to allow full handlebar movement without tension, pinching, or strain on the cables.

 3. Carefully unboxing the bike to avoid damaging, tearing, or breaking any factory-installed components.

Any damage or defects caused by incorrect installation, neglect, inadequate maintenance, or failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the warranty being void, regardless of how much time has passed since the purchase date.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration

All Mono E-Bikes are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner and is non-transferable. If any components change ownership, the warranty will be void.

What's Covered?

  • Defects in manufacturing

  • Malfunctioning or faulty components

Please note that the batteries, motors, and controllers on our E-Moto bikes are not fully sealed. Exposure to water, excessive dust, sand, or debris can cause damage, which will not be covered under warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at monoebikes@gmail.com and make the email subject line WARRANTY. You will be sent a form to be completed which will ask for: 
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (including photos or videos)

2. Our team will evaluate the problem and decide on the most appropriate solution.

3. Repairs will be prioritised. If the issue cannot be fixed, a replacement or refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. If your item requires repair, you will need to send it to us through Australia Post. Once we have assessed the issue and confirmed it is a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse your postage costs. If the assessment finds the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, postage will not be reimbursed. You will also receive a quote for any repairs that need to be carried out.

5. If you are requested to send your item to us for diagnosis and repair, it must be sent within 7 days of your notification. Claims not actioned within this period will be closed.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns for products that are faulty or defective.

Repair First Approach

Whenever possible, we will repair defective products before offering a replacement. Our priority is to get your e-bike back in working condition as quickly as we can.

Replacement Process

If a refund is issued, any fees paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADES will not be reimbursed.
