ELECTRIC BIKE USE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

General Use

Mono E Solutions Pty Ltd supplies Surron electric bikes and related components. Use of these products involves inherent risks.

You are responsible for ensuring that any electric bike is used in accordance with applicable laws, road rules and safety requirements.

Off-Road and Road Use

Some Surron models are designed primarily for off-road or private property use and may not be road-legal without modification or registration.

It is your responsibility to confirm whether a product is legal for use on public roads in your jurisdiction.

Lithium Battery Safety

Electric bikes supplied by us contain lithium-ion batteries which must be handled with care.

You agree to:

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area

  • Use only the charger supplied or approved

  • Never leave batteries unattended while charging

  • Avoid exposure to heat, impact, moisture or damage

  • Cease use immediately if the battery is damaged or malfunctioning

Failure to follow battery safety guidelines may result in fire, injury or damage.

Protective Gear and Safe Riding

We strongly recommend the use of appropriate protective equipment, including:

  • Approved helmet

  • Protective footwear

  • Protective clothing and pads

Do not operate any electric bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
